Our handcrafted bars are made with all-natural ingredients, using olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, hempseed oil, sweet almond oil, castor oil, lye, and water. Each one is colored with natural botanicals, and scented with essential oils. Fragrance oils are never used!
Each batch takes about 6-8 weeks to finish being made. We're still working out details on shipping. Your satisfaction is just as important as your time, so we do ask for your patience as we take the time to ensure each batch is correctly made. Absolutely! We will provide a tracking number with every order once a shipping label has been purchased via email and text.
We do allow our favorite customers to place in a custom order request. You can do this on our Custom Orders page. We do encourage you to upload an example if you have one. However, this will not guarantee approval of the custom order, and the batch sizes are limited. Please allow for up to two business days to receive a response. We appreciate our favorite customers, but we also want to make sure that each batch of soap is properly done, so patience in hearing back from us is greatly appreciated! Who are our favorite customers? You, of course!
You can request your order to be cancelled from our Cancel page, but please take note that we will not approve a request for an order that has had a shipping label purchased and/or the order has been shipped. Simply put, we cannot ask the carrier to return the package once it has been dropped off.
We are still working out the kinks with online payments and delivery rates. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerly apologize. All orders are cash and pick-up only at this time, but we will be announcing when delivery and online payments are available.
